You'll own: performance funnels across Meta/Google/X/YouTube; attribution; experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & run paid campaigns (acquisition, retargeting, lead-gen) across Meta, Google, YouTube, X.
  • Build landing pages & CRO tests (forms, checkout, calendars).
  • Set up analytics: GA4, Search Console, pixels, UTM standards, dashboards.
  • Create weekly growth experiments; report on CAC, ROAS, LTV signals.
  • Coordinate with creative/video for ads & hooks; ensure compliance (ads policies).
  • Spin up email/SMS drips for captured leads; A/B test copy & offers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in paid growth/performance; hands-on budgets.
  • Strong GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio.
  • Solid copy instincts; can brief creative clearly.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (cohorts, CAC payback).

KPIs

CAC/ROAS, CTR/CPA, landing-page CVR, pipeline created, MQL→SQL rate.

Given a $10k/mo budget for a Discord-led brand, propose a 30-day plan with channels, split, KPIs, sample ad hooks, and one CRO test.

You'll own: on-camera presence and creator output for brand channels.

Responsibilities

  • Appear on camera for daily Reels/Shorts; host quick interviews & giveaways.
  • Write hooks & scripts; collaborate on thumbnails & titles.
  • Go live weekly; engage comments; drive email/Discord joins.
  • Track content KPIs; iterate formats quickly.

Requirements

  • Confident on camera; clean audio/video setup.
  • Strong social instincts (YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, X video).
  • Portfolio of short-form content with above-average retention.

KPIs

Views, average view duration, watch-through %, CTR to landing/Discord, follower growth.

Screening task (max 45 min):

Record two 30–45s vertical videos: (1) educational tip, (2) giveaway CTA. Include your hook and caption text.

You'll own: short-form copy across banners, emails, tweets/threads, scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Draft daily banners, news bites, tweets/threads, and email blurbs.
  • Convert briefs into scripts for short videos; maintain brand voice.
  • Coordinate with designers/editors for assets & on-time delivery.
  • Maintain content calendar and approvals.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in digital copy; tight grammar & speed.
  • Understand hooks, outcomes, and CTAs for global audiences.
  • Basic SEO & analytics literacy.

KPIs

Output quality/velocity, CTR, newsletter open/click rates, engagement rate.

You'll own: long-form editorial that ranks & converts.

Responsibilities

  • Own editorial calendar; brief outlines; deliver 1–2 premium posts/week.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, internal linking.
  • Align with design for visuals/charts; embed data & citations.
  • Build topical authority and E-E-A-T signals.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years long-form content; proven rankings (send examples).
  • On-page SEO expert; schema basics; Surfer/Frase/ClearScope familiarity.
  • Comfortable interviewing SMEs; strong fact-checking.

KPIs

Organic sessions, rankings for target terms, assisted conversions, dwell time.

You'll own: multi-platform calendars, publishing, engagement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly calendars for X/IG/LI/YT/Discord; publish & engage daily.
  • Work with designers/editors; enforce brand voice & visual standards.
  • Social listening; community replies; escalate risk promptly.
  • Weekly dashboards; experiment with formats.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years SMM; tools like Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, native analytics.
  • Strong copy discipline; light design sense a plus (Figma/Canva).
  • Experience with international audiences & time zones.

KPIs

ER%, follower growth quality, link clicks, social-to-lead conversion.

Create a 7-day calendar (post copy + visual notes) for a new product launch across X/IG/LI.

You'll own: brand safety, policy compliance, giveaways integrity, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

  • Draft & enforce Risk/Compliance SOPs (platform rules, ad policies, giveaway laws).

  • Monitor communities for fraud/scams/raids; coordinate mod actions.
  • Conduct vendor risk reviews; manage access control audits with IT.
  • Lead post-incident reviews; train teams quarterly.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in risk/compliance, trust & safety, or community ops.
  • Strong grasp of platform policies (Discord/Meta/X/YT) & ad disclosures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound tickets/chats with empathy & accuracy; follow macros.
  • Document issues; escalate to tech/ops; close the loop with users.
  • Update KB/FAQ suggestions from repeated queries.
  • Hit SLAs for first response & resolution; maintain CSAT.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years support; excellent written English; calm under pressure.
  • Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk/Intercom/Tidio; Discord ticket bots.
  • Typing speed & multitasking; shift flexibility (incl. weekends, rota).

KPIs

First response time, CSAT, AHT, resolution time, QA score, reopen rate.

Write 3 replies: (1) refund request, (2) login failure, (3) abusive user on Discord—short, professional, calming.

Customer Sales Agent (Calling & Sales)

2 positions

You'll own: inbound/outbound calls, discovery, demos scheduling, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Call/WhatsApp/email inbound leads within SLA; qualify using BANT.
  • Run discovery, offer the right package, and close or book consults.
  • Maintain spotless CRM hygiene; daily follow-ups; objection handling.
  • Work with marketing on call scripts and proof points; relay feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years inside sales/SDR/AE; neutral accent; confident on phone.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho); disciplined follow-ups.
  • High energy, target-oriented, ethical selling.

KPIs

Contact rate, set-meeting rate, show rate, close rate, revenue won, cycle time.

Screening task (max 30 min):

Record a 60–90s voice note doing a discovery call opener + 2 objection handles ("too expensive", "send details").
